I study what drives people at work — and what sustains them. My research focuses on work motivation, employee well-being, servant leadership, and organizational behavior, drawing on Self-Determination Theory and cross-cultural perspectives. I am also the author of Rethinking Motivation and Reward Management (Edward Elgar, 2025).
